VACUUM COOKER

                  Vacuum Batch Cooker is suitable for Candy Batch manufacturing. Now a days Toffee Batch is also prepared in Vacuum Cookers. The material is cooked in upper pan and after cooking the same is discharged into lower pan for  vacuum  and remove the moisture from the Batch 

 WATER CIRCULATION COOLING PLATE

                   Water Cooling tilting type-cooling plate is useful for cooling and mixing of Lollypop/Candy and Toffee batch manually. The Cooling time is less on this plate then ordinary cooling plate because of continuous circulation of water inside the plate. If one side become hot, tilting the plate can use the other side.

BATCH ROLLER (MOTORIZED LIFTING)

              Batch Former form conical shape of kneaded mixed and cooled batch of Lollypop / Candy / Toffee for further feeding into Rope Sizer. It is fitted with heaters to keep the batch warm. It's lifting and lowering mechanism helps the batch coming forward automatically. It is fitted with Stainless Steel Rollers. Electrical reverse and forward system is required extra for operating the batch former. There is ease of taking out rollers for cleaning operation. 

THREE STAGE ROPE SIZER

               Three Stage rope sizer is suitable for Lollypop / Candy / Toffee machines, which are equipped with two sets of sizer. It takes up rope from Batch roller and deliver to the rope sizer of Lollypop / Candy / Toffee machines 

ROTARY FLAT LOLLYPOP FORMING WITH SANDWICH PACKING MACHINE

                 The Machine is a combination of functions including Sugar Rope Pulling, Cutting, Feeding, Stick Conveying, Stick Inserting, Continuous   Flat Lollipop Forming, Lollipop Clamping and conveying and Sandwich Type Packing.

               The Wrapping Material cutting wrapping process is well designed to integrate all necessary actions. Flat Lollipop of Various kings of Shapes with pleasant appearance can be produced by changing the Die sets. The Plant is an innovative type with advanced new structure, excellent performance and reliable quality that can be operated safely in sanitary conditions.   

FLAT LOLLYPOP FORMING MACHINE (ROLLER TYPE)

                     Roller Type Lollypop forming machine is suitable for forming mainly flat type Lollypops with stick inserted. It can produce 1000 KGS / Shift Lollypops depending upon size and weight of the Lollypop. Any Two Stick sizes can be use in this machine like 50 mm to 175 mm ( As per customers requirement) 

THREE WAY COOLING CONVEYOR

                    Three Way Conveyor is suitable for Candy Forming Machine having production capacity of 1 ton, 2 Ton/Shift. In three way cooling conveyor the candies will be cooled and accurate in shape. The wire mash tensioning system is very easy and simple

SANDWICH PACKING FOR FLAT LOLLIPOPS PACKING

             Sandwich wrapping machine is used for Packing flat lollypop between two sheets, which should be heat sellable material. The Lollypop is to be placed manually on moving chain of the machine and rest of the operation is automatic. The wrapped lollypop can be taken out in individual pieces as well as linked strip. A photoelectric unit is installed on the machine so that the printed matter is always in center of the pouch.
